The Rudy A. Ciccotti Family Recreation Center not only has over 70 land and water exercise classes offered each week at no additional charge to members, but many other programs offered seasonally for Adults, Teens, and Youth. Small Group Yoga
Are you looking for more 1 on 1 attention with your yoga practice? We have just what you’re looking for! Our Small group yoga will be 2-4 participants max. Our schedule will accommodate beginners, more experienced individuals, and specialty groups. More time and energy will be given on form, posture, and alignment.
$160 for 4 hour sessions ($40 a session)

Transform Your Fitness
The Healthy Living for Life Program is a workshop that will give you the tools you need to maintain a healthy weight while increasing your lean muscle mass. The 7-week workshop includes 3 lectures and 3 hands-on personalized training sessions. You’ll put a stop to dieting and exercise effectively. In addition, you’ll lose fat, gain muscle, and be able to maintain it for a lifetime.
