The Rudy A. Ciccotti Family Recreation Center not only has over 70 land and water exercise classes offered each week at no additional charge to members, but many other programs offered seasonally for Adults, Teens, and Youth. Adult Fitness programs include, but are not limited to weight loss competitions or challenges, T’ai Chi/Qigong, Boot Camp, Tabata, Small Group Personal Training, and Pinnacle Performance Extreme. Tai chi Sun Style 73 places an emphasis on Qigong (exercise to cultivate internal energy), which helps in enhancing healing and relaxation. These forms feature agile steps combined with smooth continuous movements. Tai chi for Arthritis 2 training includes movements that help increase balance, stability and internal energy. We will incorporate all of the first session movements with our learning to further advance the program.

Peak Fitness Training Boot camp is now called Peak Fitness Training. You’ll receive the challenging and effective workout you want with one of our degreed and certified fitness specialists. Family Fun 5k Training
Register for the Rudy A. Ciccotti Recreation Center’s Family 5k Race and train for FREE! Before race day on Sunday, September 29, bring your family to train with our certified personal trainers once a week for 8 weeks.
