Youth Recreational Leagues vary seasonally. Leagues run for basketball, flag football, and indoor lacrosse. We also offer a basketball league for individuals with special needs, “Shooting Stars” in the first quarter of each year.
Our gymnasium houses a 72-foot long enclosed baseball batting tunnel. Rental times are limited to weekend mornings between 7:00 and 9:00 AM, and rental schedules should be arranged by team coaches with our Recreation Manager. While players are batting, coaches can utilize the remainder of the area to work on infield play, pitching and other fundamentals.
The newest addition to our school-year offerings is our Home School Physical Education program. This is a structured PE class for school-aged children that includes an hour of sports in the gymnasium, and an hour of swimming (swim instruction and games in the activity pool.) This program, as are many of our recreational programs, is appropriate for children with special needs.
