If you have certain risk factors for cardiovascular disease, or if you have completed the second or third phases of cardiac rehab, your physician can refer you to Next Steps Cardiac Fitness. Exercise safely with the help and supervision of a fitness specialist to learn prevention strategies and maintain a new exercise plan.
