What safety and sanitation precautions are you taking?

• Additional hand sanitizing stations placed throughout the center
• Wipes, microfiber cloths and sanitizer spray conveniently located throughout the center to clean the equipment after use
• Equipment spacing to ensure adherence to social distance
• Scheduled disinfection of equipment and high touch areas throughout the day
• Social distance markings to assist with general awareness
• Hand Washing Station for all center members before a workout
• Signage throughout the center to serve as reminders to wash hands, wipe down equipment, and be mindful of spacing

Will the hours of operations be the same?

• Our hours of operation have been adjusted in the interim. Current hours are:
• Monday- Friday: 5AM-8PM
• Saturdays: 8AM-2PM
• Sundays: Closed

Will members be required to wear masks?

• Based on CDC guidelines/state-mandated guidelines, all staff, members and guests will be required to wear masks the entire visit to the center.
• Floor markers and equipment spacing have been implemented to ensure social distancing.

Will the pools be available for use?

• The lap pool is available for 30-minute reservations 48 hours in advance. Mask must be worn on pool deck.
• Activity Pool will re-open February 1^st. Reservations will be required 48 hours in advance. 10 people maximum per hour. Reservations will be for an hour, 45 minutes in the water with 15 minutes to change and transition
• Activity Pool Hours:
• Monday- Friday: 9AM-12PM & 4PM-7PM (Water Features on 5-7PM)
• Saturdays: 9AM-1PM (Water Features 11AM-1PM)
• The spa remains closed per NYS guidelines
• All Reservations can be made over the phone, in person, or using our app

Will there be Group Exercise classes?

• Yes, group exercise classes are available. You will need to register for each class 48 hours in advance.
• Class sizes determined based off NYS guidelines

Will there be Personal Training, Swim Lessons, and/or Recreation programs when you reopen?

• Personal Training has resumed at the center.
• The Next Steps Program is currently not available
• Pick-up basketball games can resume February 1^st
• Pickleball is available Wednesdays 9AM-11AM & Fridays 10:30AM-12:30PM, Reservations required 48 hours in advance, Max of 20 per day
• Swim Lessons are not offered at this time, we are working on our upcoming start date

Will the Locker Rooms/showers be open?

• To ensure as much social distancing as possible the locker rooms, the Men’s and Women’s locker rooms will remain closed.
• We have opened the Two-Family Changing Rooms and their showers. Individual showers will be cleaned after each use. Communal showers remain closed per NYS guidelines
• 10 Private Co-ed Changing Rooms are available for use prior to workout or using the pool

Will the Kids in Motion/Fun Games area be available?

• To ensure social distancing for the little ones, the Kids in Motion/Fun Games area will not be available.
• We will provide updates regarding when we will open the kid’s area.

**Any of the aforementioned could be extended to meet updated CDC guidelines or state mandates.
