An event every week that begins at 10:45 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely

Designed to increase joint range of motion, build strength, and reduce pain and stiffness. Includes 10-15 minute of light cardiovascular work to keep joints moving and help accomplish daily life functions. Class is held in the warm multi-purpose pool. Beginner
