An event every week that begins at 6:30 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely

This class will be strength based and will be limited to 11 people per class. Members can pick up a reserve sign at the front desk no more than 30 minutes before the class begins.

Use of weights and steps in this class. High intensity. Advanced.
