Exercising with Knee Pain

Just because you have knee pain does not mean you cannot exercise. There are different ways to work around knee pain or address the pain. Whether before or after a knee replacement, meniscus tear, tendinitis, or any other knee injury exercise can get you back to your desired lifestyle. This course will teach techniques and exercises to implement into your routine.
