An event every week that begins at 1:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely

Fun, low impact class that includes low impact aerobic exercise, balance, strength, and core exercises.  Chairs are provided to assist with balance and to allow members to complete the workout either standing or seated.  Make it as challenging as you want.  FUN is the theme as well as helping us age with strength and confidence
