Kids on the Move Program

Kids on the Move is an 8-week fitness program for ages 7-15 and includes:

Two Participant Groups
Ages 7-11: Fundamentals of exercise led in a group exercise environment.
Ages 12-15: Individualized exercise programs in a group environment.

• Two 60-minute exercise sessions per week supervised by degreed and certified Fitness Specialists.
• Concepts on the fundamentals of health, wellness, exercise technique and safety.
• Pre- and post-program fitness assessments measuring basic resting vitals, body composition, muscular strength, endurance and flexibility.
• 12-15-year-old will be able to work out on the fitness floor without supervision upon completion.
• CDPHP members may qualify for reimbursement of the program.  Contact your insurance provider for more details.

What is the cost per participant?

• Ciccotti Center members/CDPHP insured members receive this program for $50
• Non-members receive this program for $74
