Our fabulous indoor water park includes a large open activity pool area for swimming and aquatic fun. Members and non-members can take a ride down the spectacular 20-foot flume slide or float along in the lazy river. This area is perfect for families to enjoy or for those who are still kids at heart!
We have a spacious free weights area with a wide variety of dumbbells and barbells as well as the latest machines. Our fitness staff are always on the site and available to answer any of your questions or assist you if needed.
Our lap pool offers four lanes, 25-yards in length, with a depth range from 4.5’ to 6', and the temperature is 79-80 degrees.
We have men’s, women’s and co-ed locker rooms available for our members and guests. Lockers are for daily use, but available for rent to members on a monthly basis. Please bring your own lock to secure your items, and remove it and your belongings when you leave each day. Our co-ed locker room also has 10 private changing rooms for families with young children or those looking for modesty changing space. Each of our three locker rooms offers large mirrors, hair dryers, shampoo and body wash in the shower stalls, private toilet stalls and sinks, and bathing suit spinners.
Our indoor running/walking track is perfect for those looking to do some cardio workouts anytime of year.
We have two full-sized basketball courts that are used for a variety of sports and fitness programs.
Our Kids in Motion area provides a safe, secure, supervised environment for children six months through 5 years of age while their parents are using our Center. Our Fun Games program is housed in the gymnasium for members 6 through 11 years old. Daily activities promote positive health, safety and nutritional practices through fitness, science, arts and crafts, active games and special projects.
We offer a huge assortment of cardio machines from treadmills, elliptical machines as well as stationary bikes. There are several television screens mounted throughout the cardio fitness area for your viewing pleasure, and each piece of cardio equipment has its own embedded TV with full complement of cable stations.
