Functional Fitness is a collection of classes that may include Tai Chi, aqua aerobics, chair yoga and other aquatic or land-based programs. The program is open to anyone in the community, so you do not need to be a member to participate.
Each class is led by a qualified instructor who has specialized training helping those who are managing autoimmune disorders. The instructor selects gentle movement exercises designed to help you experience less pain and improve your daily function.
