Personal Training
Our degreed and certified Fitness Professionals/Personal Trainers will provide assistance by evaluating, designing, and monitoring a specialized exercise program for you based on your health and fitness goals.
After your complimentary fitness assessment, your personal trainer will develop a program tailored to your personal goals and current level of fitness. Each session you will be encouraged to perform to the best of your ability while we ensure you are executing each exercise correctly to avoid injury and get the best results from the exercise. After about eight weeks, you will want to return to have another free fitness assessment to see how you are progressing.
A private studio is available for your personal training sessions complete with state-of-the-art equipment for those who like to train in private.
