Fitness Center

The Fitness Center offers members a comfortable and inviting setting to exercise. With cardiovascular equipment, numerous strength training machines, and free weights, the Fitness Center provides something for every fitness level. Qualified staff is on hand to assist members with machines, ensure safety, and provide an enjoyable exercise environment. Free equipment orientations are available for members.

Group Exercise Studios

The Group Exercise Studios are equipped for classes such as Yoga, Step Aerobics, Tai Chi, Toning, and more. Certified instructors will lead group exercise classes to provide a safe and effective workout for the inexperienced as well as seasoned class attendees. We offer a variety of free classes that are included in your membership!

Walking/Jogging Track

A three lane elevated walking/jogging track surrounds the gymnasium. Members can enter the track from the second floor through the fitness center. The walking track is perfect for friends to walk together and exercise.

Personal Training

We offer a team of degreed and certified Trainers. Our trainers specialize in many styles of exercise and training philosophies and can help you reach your goals by making your workouts more productive, safe and time-efficient. They can also give you the motivation and skills you need to boost/maintain your current exercise program.
